A: Get in Contact with us, either by phone or email. When you set your dates for boarding or Daycare, we will simply ask you when you want to pickup/dropoff. If you are going to be late we ask for a phone call or text to let us know.

A: Of course, We want you to be as comfortable with us as your dog will be. Just Contact us to set up an appointment to tour.
Q: “What if my dog is a fence jumper?”
A: That’s not a problem, we will just keep them on leash when outside. Just make sure to let us know they jump fences.
Q: “What if my Dog has Dog/Dog Aggression?”
A: Not a problem, your dog will not be interacting directly with other dogs at any point. We use dividers to conceal the dogs from each other so there is no aggression through the kennels either.
Q: “ What if there is a Medical Emergency with my Dog?”
A: There is a section in our Boarding agreement that once signed gives us the ability to transport your dog to the closest available veterinarian to get medical assistance. We will only do this after exhausting emergency contact information unless the severity of the emergency dictates immediate action. Our priority is the health and safety of your dog(s).
